Vishal Bhavsar

Vishal Bhavsar has over 10 years of experience in customer service, business development, and team leadership roles. Vishal is currently working as a Customer Service Team Lead at Advantmed India LLP. Prior to this, they held the same position at Micro Orbit and was also a Process Specialist and Senior Customer Service Representative there. Vishal worked as a Business Development Executive at IMS People and as an Account Manager at RED FM 93.5, where they managed clients in various industries and was responsible for revenue generation and client servicing. Early in their career, they served as a Team Leader at Solution BPO Services, where they generated revenue and maintained relationships with international clients.

Vishal Bhavsar completed their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from City C U Shah Commerce College, Ahmedabad in 2012. Vishal then pursued a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from Gujarat Technological University (GTU), graduating in 2017. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Soft Skills from MakeIntern in September 2015 and in Human Resource Management from Ahmedabad Management Association in November 2012.
