Adrienne Donovan

Adrienne is a passionate People Leader that brings expertise in spearheading innovative and disruptive strategies and intiatives that focus on taking culture, performance, and employee engagement to the highest level.

Adrienne cut her teeth in HR fifteen years ago with a boutique innovation consultancy where she learned the importance of building and nurturing world-class teams and employee experiences. Most recently, she was the SVP of People for a Marketing Technology company where she established and scaled the HR function through the company's various stages of growth and success.

Outside of work, Adrienne enjoys experimenting in the kitchen with her husband on weekends, documentary films, travel and fitness.
