Chuck Ray at MGL

Chuck Ray has over 25 years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing. Chuck Ray began their career in 1996 as a Manager of Quality Control at Visicom Manufacturing Technologies. From 1999 to 2001, they worked as a Manager of Quality Systems Project at Carrier Access while pursuing their MBA. During their MBA program, they also worked as a Director of Sales/Marketing at Conduant. After graduating, they worked as a VP of Business Development at Fusion Numerics, Inc. from 2002 to 2007. Chuck Ray then worked as a Principal of Business Development at gNav llc from 2007 to 2011. From 2011 to 2016, they worked as a Director of Business Development at E Source. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Director of Utility Sales at EnerNOC. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as a Consulting Manager at Rocky Mountain Institute. Most recently, they have been working as a US Business Development Director at ev.energy since 2021. In 2022, they will take on the role of Director at Microgrid Labs Inc.

Chuck Ray received their MBA from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business in 2001, specializing in Technology and Entrepreneurship. Chuck Ray received their BS IE from the University of Texas ElPaso in 1993, specializing in Engineering.
