Kenneth Omenukor

Kenneth Omenukor has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Kenneth started their career as a Technical Support Engineer at Jaguar Land Rover in 2012. Kenneth then worked as a Technical Support Advisor at TalkTalk and subsequently as a Service Desk Analyst at Halfords. In 2016, Kenneth joined Euro Car Parts Ltd. as a 2nd Line Support Engineer. Kenneth later worked as a Technical Consultant at Babble from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they had various contract roles, including a Contract 2nd Line Engineer at the University of Birmingham, Contract IT Support Engineer at The AA, and a Contract 2nd Line Analyst at Aptos Retail. From 2020 to 2023, Kenneth worked as an Infrastructure Engineer at Nacro, and currently, they hold the position of Associate Lead - Cloud Operations at Microland Limited.

Kenneth Omenukor obtained a Bachelor's degree in Design and Visual Communications, General from Birmingham City University between 2009 and 2012. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate and Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in 2022, and the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from ITIL Certified in 2014.
