Suresh Ramachandra has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Suresh started their career as an Engineer Production at Automotive Axles Limited in 1990, where they gained experience in production and vendor development. Suresh then served as a Commissioned Officer in the Indian Air Force before joining Usha Breco as a Resident Manager in 2000. Suresh went on to work as a Manager Services at ING Vysya Bank, Facilities Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle, and Manager Site Operations at IBM. In 2006, they became the Director Facilities Management at Dell International Services India Private Limited, where they managed real estate and workplace management for 20,000 employees. Suresh then joined Tesco Bengaluru as the Head of Facilities and Support, overseeing facilities management, construction projects, and various other functions for a large campus. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President - Global Support Services & Procurement at Microland Limited.

Suresh Ramachandra received a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University from 1984 to 1989. Prior to this, they completed their Pre University education in Science at National College from 1982 to 1984. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Masters in Engineering Management at The National Institute Of Engineering, Mysore from 1990 to 1991. In addition to their formal education, Suresh also obtained certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI in September 2016 and became an Associate Member of the Institute of Engineers India in 1990.
