Rob Smith has worked in the IT industry since 2015. Rob began their career at CoachUp as a Skills Trainer, where they trained clients at all age groups and was ranked in the top 10 in New Jersey. In 2017, they worked as an NFL for the Washington Commanders. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as an Application Support Analyst for Realogy Holdings Corp and an IT Support Technician for Holder Enterprises, where they were responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing software installation and setting up computer networking equipment, and conducting telephone and remote support for clients and staff with software issues. Rob is currently employed as an IT Support Technician for Micrologic.

Rob Smith attended Saint Francis University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Rob then attended Jackson State University from 2013 to 2015, where they studied Technology Education. In April 2022, Rob obtained a Google IT Support certification from Google. Rob is currently enrolled in a program at Per Scholas, where they are studying IT Support.
