Crissy Hart

Crissy Hart has a wealth of experience in Human Resources. Crissy began their career in 2001 as a Senior HR Specialist at Parker Hannifin. In 2003, they moved to Lowe's Home Improvement as an Area HR Manager. In 2008, they joined Ecolab as an Equipment Human Resource Manager, and in 2015 they were promoted to Global Human Resource Manager. In 2017, they moved to HB Fuller Construction Adhesives as a Senior Human Resource Business Partner. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Micron Industries Corporation as the Human Resources Director.

Crissy Hart obtained their Master's Degree in Organizational Development and Management from the University of Phoenix between 2000 and 2003. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor in Business with HR from St. Ambrose University between 1995 and 1998. In addition, they obtained their Insights Discovery Practitioner certification from Insights in May 2015.
