Previously, Miriam held the role of HR Business & Organisational Capability Partner and Co-Lead of the Diversity & Inclusion Program at Intel Corporation. Prior to that, Miriam worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at McAfee, an Intel Company, and as a Senior Specialist in Human Resources at Fidelity Business Services India Pvt. Ltd. Miriam began the career as an Assistant Manager at HCL Technologies, gaining valuable experience in human resources and organizational development.
