Hussam Bahia has a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Strayer University. Since February 2012, Hussam has held various technical support and management positions at companies like ePals, PwC, and currently at MicroStrategy. At MicroStrategy, Hussam has taken on roles such as Senior Manager of Cloud Operations and Technical Support, Technical Support Manager, and Lead Support Engineer. Prior to that, at PwC, Hussam worked in IT Customer Support, focusing on maintaining employee PCs.
