Joty Paparello

Joty Paparello has been with MicroStrategy since October 2002, currently holding the position of EVP & CHRO. Prior to that, Joty worked at AOL from May 1998 to October 2002 as a Global Stock Plan Manager. Joty graduated from the University of Maryland in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance.
