John Barrett

John Barrett has extensive experience in quality engineering and management, currently serving as a Sr. SQE at MicroSurgical Technology since December 2022. Previously, John worked at Philips Health Systems as a Supplier Quality Engineer, where responsibilities included managing supplier quality and overseeing APQP requirements for new product introductions. Earlier roles include Quality Manager at Pioneer Human Services, ISO Compliance Manager at Northern Lights, and Quality Engineer at Commercial Vehicle Group, among others. John also has a background in design engineering from GM Nameplate and served in the US Navy as an IC2 Petty Officer Second Class. Educational qualifications include a Green Belt Six Sigma certificate and a certificate in Chemical Analysis Technician from TC3.
