Lydia Morcos has a diverse range of work experience that spans over several years. Lydia began their career as an Assistant Lecturer at the American University in Cairo, where they assisted faculty members with research work and teaching courses in economics. Lydia then worked as a Market, Financial, and Economic Analyst at Makary Consulting, followed by a role as a Financial Analyst at the Central Bank of Egypt.

In 2008, Morcos joined Delta Rasmala Investments as a Research & Business Development Analyst and Assistant Fund Manager. During their time there, they developed strategic marketing plans, conducted financial analysis, managed money market portfolios, and contributed to HR management.

Morcos then moved on to the University of Manchester, where they pursued postgraduate studies. After completing their degree, they joined the Middle East Financial Investment Company as a Senior Research Analyst. In this role, they conducted market analysis, prepared reports on different sectors and equity markets, and participated in marketing strategies.

Morcos also worked as a Business Management Consultant in the field of consulting, providing expertise to various clients. In 2013, they joined MBC GROUP as a Business Planning Manager, responsible for analyzing financial performance, monitoring business trends, and collaborating with executives to develop strategic goals.

In 2020, Morcos joined Post For Investment as the Head of Sustainable Investment and later became the Head of Investment and Research. In these roles, they developed investment strategies, performed due diligence, and reviewed investment policies.

Throughout their career, Morcos has demonstrated expertise in sustainable investment, business planning, financial analysis, and market research. Lydia possesses strong analytical and strategic skills, making their a valuable asset in the field of investment and business planning.

Lydia Morcos has a diverse education history. Lydia pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Business Administration, and Psychology from The American University in Cairo from 2001 to 2005. Later, in 2009, Lydia enrolled at The University of Manchester to undertake an MSc degree in Finance and Business Economics, which they successfully completed in December 2010. In 2011, they further enhanced their education by obtaining a CME-1 certification in Capital Market Registration from the Saudi Capital Market Authority, CME.
