Omar Kayal has a diverse range of work experience. Omar started their career as a Crewmember at McDonald's Corporation in 2011, where they facilitated food preparation and maintained the fast-food quality standards. Omar then volunteered as a Red Cross Volunteer at the Red Cross Youth Club from 2011 to 2013.

In 2014, Omar joined CSC Bank as a Credit Analyst, where they monitored and reported on credit risk exposures internally and externally. Omar updated and maintained excel models and analyzed credit risk in various portfolios. Omar held this role until 2016.
