Sary Lasheen

Sary Lasheen has had a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Sary started their career in 2006 as a Customer Care Representative at VODAFONE Egypt and then worked as a Customer Service & Sales Executive at Bank Audi in 2006-2007. In 2007, they joined CIB as a Call Center Supervisor, where they were responsible for managing a team and monitoring performance. Sary also worked as a Customer Experience Analyst at CIB from 2012 to 2014, focusing on business metrics and reporting.
