Sarah Silva

Sarah Silva has a strong background in sales operations and business analysis. Sarah began their career as a Sales Coordinator at FAST SEARCH & TRANSFER, INC. in 2006, eventually moving on to roles such as Contracts Manager at MICROSOFT CORPORATION and Sales Operations Coordinator at Bit9. Most recently, Sarah worked at Midmark Corporation as a Lead Business Analyst, where they utilized their skills in managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Their experience includes overseeing global sales forces, creating new processes for sales organizations, and implementing applications such as SalesForce.com. Sarah has a proven track record of driving improvements and establishing effective communication within teams.

Sarah Silva completed their high school education at Newton South HS from 1997 to 2001, obtaining a High School Diploma. Sarah then pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Ithaca College, graduating in 2005. Sarah later obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Microsoft in 2008 and a Certified Business Process Analyst certification from BPMInstitute.org in 2020.
