Shawn Ashcraft

Shawn Ashcraft has a diverse background in information technology and project management. Shawn held positions at Johnson & Johnson, focusing on digital surgery, product innovation, and medical device development. Their experience includes leading cross-functional teams, architecting billing solutions, and implementing Agile engineering practices. Shawn also served as an IT Program Manager at GE Aviation and an IT Project Manager at Johnson & Johnson. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President Information Technology at Midmark Corporation.

Shawn Ashcraft holds a BA in Systems Analysis from Miami University and an MBA from Xavier University. They have also obtained certifications including Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master, Certified SAFe® 5 Agile Software Engineer, Certified SAFe® 4 Release Train Engineer, HL7 v2.7 Control Specialist, and MirthConnect.
