Kathi Good

Kathi is a United States Army Reserve Medical Specialist and certified teacher. She holds a BA from Hiram College. She is also a member of the Hiram College Athletic Hall of Fame.

Kathi has been with Midwest Health since 1998. She has worked as direct care, manager, program coordinator, program director, and recently County Administrator.

She is a certified TAPS instructor. Her professional training includes Understanding Dementia, Down's Syndrome, and Alzheimers Disease, Non Adversive behavior support strategies, Dealing effectively with unacceptable behavior, Grief in the DD population, self determination, supporting and understanding communication, autism, safeguarding adults from abuse.
