Sebastian Franke

Sebastian Franke has extensive experience in information technology management, currently serving as Vice President of Information Technology - Operations & Infrastructure at Miele since September 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing global IT operations, service management, and the establishment of a Nearshore IT Shared Service Center in Romania. Previously, as Director IT Management Office at Miele, Sebastian managed strategic operations and project portfolios for the company's global IT. Prior roles include Vice President IT Projects & IT Infrastructure at Majorel and various positions at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA, where responsibilities spanned IT project management, business intelligence, and consulting. Sebastian's early career began at Siemens as a Full Time Scholar in IT consulting. Sebastian holds a Diplom in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Berlin University of Applied Sciences Berlin.
