Gemma Devine

Gemma Devine has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2008, they began their career as an Advertising Sales Executive at Johnston Press Local Business, where they focused on selling advertising space and building relationships with clients. Gemma then moved on to Arkive Clothing in 2010, initially starting as a Sales Assistant and quickly progressing to the role of Supervisor. At Arkive Clothing, Gemma was responsible for various retail tasks such as buying, merchandising, store management, and providing customer service. In 2013, they joined Officers Club as an Assistant Manager, where they excelled in motivating and leading a team, managing staff training, and identifying commercial opportunities. Gemma later joined Dundee and Angus College in 2017 as an Events and Promotions Officer. In 2019, they transitioned to Insights as a Business Development Account Manager. Gemma successfully performed sales-oriented tasks and proactively sought new clients. Gemma then joined Snappy Shopper in 2020 as a Marketing Manager, where they handled various marketing activities. In the same year, they also worked for MORE THAN ENOUGH LIMITED as a Digital Community Manager, responsible for managing the online community. Gemma eventually became a Membership and Community Manager and subsequently served as a Program Director. Most recently, in 2022 and 2023, Gemma served as Head Communityologist at Communityology and is currently employed as a Community Strategist at Mighty Networks.
