Marco Strässle has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Marco started their career as a Working Student at Möbel Pfister AG in 2010, where they worked until 2014. Marco then joined JOWA AG as an Intern in HR Management for a few months before becoming an Assistant Site Manager for a short period. In 2015, Marco joined Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund and participated in their Graduate Program in HR Management until 2017. Marco then transitioned to the role of Project Manager Strategy & Innovation HR Management until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Migros and later became the Lead HR Business Partner in 2022. In 2018, they also had a role as a Lecturer in Talent Attraction and Employer Branding at ZHAW Zürcher Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften.
Marco Strässle completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Zurich in 2013. Marco continued their studies at the same university and earned a Master of Arts degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management in 2015. In 2020, they pursued further education in Human Resource Management by obtaining the CAS Human Resource Management certification from the Berner Fachhochschule BFH.
Additionally, Marco obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2017, they became a Professional Scrum Master certified by Scrum.org. In 2018, they completed a Design Thinking certification from BWI Management Weiterbildung. More recently, in 2020, they acquired the SAFe 5.0 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
