M. Ozan Akın

M. Ozan Akın has extensive work experience in human resources and learning and development. M. Ozan started their career as an Information Technology Specialist at Foss Maritime Company in 2006 and worked until 2007. In 2007, they joined Migros Ticaret where they held various roles including HR System Development Manager, HR System Development & Organizational Development Manager, HR System Development & Organizational Development & Sales L&D Manager, and Learning and Development Group Manager (Head of Academy). Currently, they are serving as the Director of HR & Academy at Migros Ticaret.

M. Ozan Akın received a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul University from 1997 to 2001. Later, from 2001 to 2004, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Istanbul Technical University. In 2005 and 2006, they attended Lake Washington Institute of Technology for studies in Software Development.
