Valeriia Probst

Valeriia Probst is a Senior Legal Counsel at Metalloinvest since February 2022, where responsibilities include drafting and reviewing international commercial contracts, providing legal support in disputes, and conducting KYC analyses. Prior roles include Legal Counsel and Junior Legal Counsel at ETH Zürich, where Valeriia contributed to comparative legal research on new technologies. Experience also includes serving as a Legal Advisor for the Permanence Juridique des Étudiant.e.s de Neuchâtel, a legal intern at GMT Legal, and a legal trainee at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. Valeriia holds a Master's degree in Law from Université de Neuchâtel and a Bachelor's degree in Laws from Moscow State Institute of International Relations, complemented by earlier legal studies at the Higher School of Economics.
