Emily R has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Emily began their career as a Data Entry Operator for a Non Profit in 2011, and then worked as a Tax Assistant for H&R Block in the same year. In 2013, they joined TEKsystems as an Escalation Analyst. In 2018, they moved to Apex Systems as a MileIQ Support Engineer. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Customer Experience Lead at MileIQ - Mileage Tracking The Way You Need it to Work.

Emily R has a diverse educational background. Emily began their studies in 2009 at Dallas College North Lake Campus, where they earned an Associate of Science in Computer Science in 2014, as well as an Associate's degree in Computer Science in 2012. In 2016, Emily attended both Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy-Carrollton and Aveda Institute Dallas, where they earned Licentiate degrees in Cosmetology/Cosmetologist, General. Most recently, in 2017, Emily enrolled in Trailhead by Salesforce.
