Soojung Roh has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Soojung is currently working for MileIQ as a Product team member since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Microsoft from 2016 to 2023, starting as a Product Manager II and then promoted to Senior Product Manager.

In 2016, Soojung had an internship at WGBH as a Product Management intern, where they were responsible for determining requirements and creating wireframes for a classical music streaming mobile app. Soojung also analyzed the competitive landscape and developed user personas for the WGBH news streaming app.

In 2015, Soojung had two roles. Soojung was a Creative Computing Research Intern at Harvard Graduate School of Education, where they were involved in scaling Scratch Educator Meetups nationwide. In 2011, Soojung had a research assistant role at UC Berkeley Institute of Human Development, where they investigated infants' differential regulation of behavior by displays of discrete emotions under the guidance of Dr. Joseph Campos.

Soojung Roh's education history includes a Master's Degree in Education with a focus on Technology Innovation and Education from Harvard University. Soojung also attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they participated in the MAS S61 Unpacking Impact: Reflecting as We Make program. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley, where they earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business and a B.A. in Psychology from the College of Letters & Science.

Before pursuing their higher education, Soojung completed their International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma at the Anglo-American School of Moscow.

Furthermore, they completed the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative for Social & Behavioral Research Investigators at Harvard University in September 2015.
