Elzbieta Zdunek

Elzbieta Zdunek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program development and supply planning within the aviation and e-commerce sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Program Development Award at Miles & More GmbH since November 2025, Elzbieta previously held the position of Manager Supply Planning Excellence at Zalando from November 2021 to November 2025, overseeing end-to-end pre-season planning processes. Prior roles include Business and Loyalty Program Development Manager at Finnair, Manager Pricing at Etihad Airways, Pricing Manager at airberlin, and Pricing Coordinator at LOT Polish Airlines.
