Dorthe Rosenkilde Saunders

Dorthe Rosenkilde Saunders currently serves as the Group General Counsel and Vice President of Legal, Compliance and Risk Management at Milestone Systems, where leadership is provided to a 15-member global team and direct support is offered to the Executive Leadership Team across the EMEA, Americas, and APAC regions. Previous experience includes a tenure at Nets Group as Vice President and Head of Group Corporate and M&A, advising the Executive Committee on M&A projects and corporate structure optimization. Roles at Nets also encompassed Interim Group General Counsel and Attorney-at-law, focusing on M&A and corporate governance. Earlier professional experiences include positions at Dansk Erhverv, KPMG, Accura Advokatpartnerselskab, Rønne & Lundgren, and The Cullen Law Firm, complemented by an extensive educational background with a Master of Law and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Copenhagen, along with a leadership foundations program from IMD.
