Katie Smith

Katie is responsible for the sourcing and management of debt for all Milhaus projects.

Prior to joining Milhaus, Katie held a similar role with a national developer and also spent 13 years in commercial banking at Regions. Katie received her Bachelor of Science – Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
