Melissa Gose

As the Vice President of Finance and Accounting, Melissa is responsible for leading the accounting, budget, and finance initiatives for Milhaus. She oversees all reporting and compliance activities and partners with the business plan to drive financial and business performance.

Melissa came from a career at Rolls-Royce in corporate accounting and finance, including leading accounting shared services, business partnering, reporting, budgeting and forecasting and strategic planning. Before starting her career in public accounting Melissa received her Bachelor's degree from Butler University in Accounting and later became a Certified Public Accountant.
