Michael Key

As the Vice President of Construction, Michael is responsible for managing all of construction including construction operations, project management, field operations, pre-con, and owner representatives. He oversees the management aspects of all projects and provides support to all teams and markets in the Milhaus portfolio with the goal of having all projects be on-time and under budget. Michael focuses on implementing processes and procedures to verify all reporting is accurate, mitigate risk and ensure Milhaus Construction is delivering a quality product.

Michael attended Ball State University, receiving his Bachelor’ in Construction Management with a minor in Business Management. Michael comes from a storied career in the construction industry and has been with Milhaus developing our construction operations in the Florida market since 2017. After relocating to Florida and overseeing the start and completion of several construction operations, Michael transitioned back to Indianapolis HQ to oversee and lead construction operations of projects in all Milhaus markets. Michael also serves as the President of the Ball State Construction Management Advisory Board after being appointed in July of 2018.
