David Blackwood

David Blackwood is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in military intelligence and operational support. Currently serving as a Major Gifts Officer at Military Non-Profit Consulting, LLC since April 2023, David specializes in raising funds for military and veteran non-profit foundations. Previous roles include significant leadership positions within the Naval History and Heritage Command, Office of the Director of National Intelligence, and NCIS Intelligence Reserve Unit, showcasing a strong background in intelligence operations and policy development. David was a Senior Intelligence Officer for the US Military Delegation to NATO and directed the Special Operations Branch for the Office of Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence, where strategic policies for military intelligence were developed.
