Paul Edwards

Paul is an award-winning, veteran VFX Producer with 25 years experience working on high profile film and TV projects at studios from DNEG to Cinesite.

Paul began his career as a co-ordinator at the original Mill Film back in 1997, where his VFX Producer credits include Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone; A Knight’s Tale and K19 – The Widowmaker.

Paul moved to Cinesite in 2003, where he produced major projects including Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix; Girl with the Pearl Earring; Stardust and Moon. Paul was part of the Emmy Award winning team on the HBO mini-series Generation Kill in 2009.

Paul joined DNEG in September 2012 where he led the VFX production team on the immersive Harry Potter theme park attractions “Escape From Gringotts” and “Hogwarts Express”. Paul also took the helm on VFX production for feature film projects including Ron Howard’s Inferno; Grimsby; Alex Garland’s Annihilation and the James Bond film No Time To Die.

Paul returned to Cinesite to work on Netflix’s The Last Bus in 2020 before moving to Union the following year where he produced the acclaimed Marvel TV series Moon Knight.When he’s not working at the coal-face of VFX, Paul can be found coaching the next generation on a football pitch in Surrey or failing to play golf!
