Cole Fiala

Cole Fiala currently serves as a Senior Associate for Partnerships and Content at both the Milken Institute and the Milken Center for Advancing the American Dream, roles held since January 2024. Fiala's extensive experience also includes leadership positions at HumanitiesDC as Board Chair, Mayoral-Appointed Board Member, and Board Secretary, alongside prior work as Stakeholder Engagement and Operations Manager at The ONE Campaign. Additional roles include Senior Manager of International Programs and Partnerships at America 250, Manager of International Traveling Exhibitions at the National Geographic Society, and positions at Meridian International Center and The Phillips Collection. Fiala holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and International Studies from Loyola University Chicago, dual Master of Arts degrees in Museum Studies from Marist College and Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici, and an Executive Certificate in Arts & Culture Strategy from the University of Pennsylvania.
