Megan Taylor

Megan Taylor has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Megan currently holds the position of Talent Director at Mill Rock Packaging Partners, where they started in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior TA Emerging Talent Programs Leader at Ingevity from 2022 to 2023. Megan also has experience working at Amazon, where they served as a Technical Recruiter for specialized software development and student programs from 2019 to 2022. Before that, they worked at Ingevity as a Recruiter and University Programs Lead from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Megan has held positions at SPARC, an Agile Systems Delivery Hub of Booz Allen Hamilton, as a Technical Recruiter/Operational HR Consultant from 2015 to 2016, and at Suncadia Resort as a Group Rooms Coordinator in 2013. Megan began their career at Walt Disney World, where they had various roles including Guest Service Manager, Sales Coordinator/Reservation Sales Agent, and Resort Front Office Operations. Megan's work experience also includes their role as a Campus Recruiting Representative and College Program Participant at Walt Disney World, as well as their position as a Leadership Facilitator and Team Lead at the National Student Leadership Conference.

Megan Taylor holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership & Human Resources Management from Quinnipiac University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration-Marketing at Quinnipiac University from 2006 to 2009. In addition, Megan Taylor has obtained additional certifications such as Insights Discovery Client Practitioner from Insights, and the SHRM-CP from SHRM in January 2019.
