James Mollette

James Mollette has extensive experience in production and management, currently serving as Production Manager at Millat Industries Corp. since June 2004, where responsibilities include overseeing production processes. Previously, James held the position of Finishing Manager, managing estimates, scheduling production, ordering materials, and providing customer service training. Prior to joining Millat Industries, James worked at Trimble Navigation from September 1988 to June 2004 as Shop Lead, directing all CNC machining operations and troubleshooting issues. James's career began in the U.S. Army, where service as an Infantry member occurred from September 1984 to July 1987.
