Paige Ferguson

Policy Innovation Lab Director at Millennial Action Project

Paige Ferguson has a diverse work experience starting in 2016 with roles in various organizations. Paige worked as a Fellow for Hillary for America and as a Field Organizer for Aaron Holmes for DC City Council. In 2018, they worked as a Legal Recruiter for Special Counsel and also served as a Deputy Campaign Manager for Jill Dennin for PA House District 147. From 2019 to 2020, Paige worked as a People Operations Coordinator at Cesium. Paige then joined RepresentUs as the Deputy Chief of Staff for the Policy & Political Department, and later became the Legislative Program Manager. In 2022, they worked as a Political Consultant before joining vChief as an Associate Chief of Staff and Future Caucus (formerly Millennial Action Project) as the Policy Innovation Lab Director in 2023.

Paige Ferguson has a Master's of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in American Government from Villanova University (2013-2015). Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a Dual Concentration in Social Work and Community Leadership & Development from Springfield College (2011-2013). Paige also holds a Bachelor's of Science in Sociology from Bridgewater State University (2009-2011). Their high school education was completed at Minnechaug Regional High School (2008-2009). In addition, they obtained a Grant Writing Certificate Program from Temple University in 2022.
