Rose Ruth has extensive culinary experience, having served as a Sous Chef at Millennium Restaurant Group since July 1996. Prior to that role, Rose worked in the pantry at Black Swan Restaurant from September 1985 to October 1990, where foundational skills in kitchen operations were developed.
