David Goulak

David Goulak is a Spacecraft Mechanical Engineer at Millennium Space Systems, A Boeing Company, as of September 2023. Previously, Goulak worked as a Design Engineer at RIX Industries from October 2021 to April 2023. In early 2021, Goulak participated in the NASA Aeronautics University Design Challenge, focusing on a UAM weather-tolerant vehicle design. While at the University of California, Davis, Goulak gained extensive experience in structural dynamics and finite element modeling through various projects, including a Patran/Nastran Lab where analyses were conducted on a wing model. Goulak also served as Team Captain for the NCAA Division 1 tennis team, where leadership skills were developed in a competitive setting. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace and Science Engineering, both from the University of California, Davis. Prior coaching experience includes providing high-level tennis lessons at Total Tennis Academy from June 2017 to September 2019.
