Becky Cund FCIPD is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading HR operations and people strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as Associate Director of HR Operations for Miller Homes Ltd. since April 2025, Becky previously held the position of Head of People & Culture at St. Modwen Homes and St. Modwen Logistics, overseeing comprehensive HR functions including diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and HR transformation. Past roles include Director of HR & Administration at The Shakespeare Birthplace Trust and UK HR Manager at Morgan Advanced Materials, where responsibilities ranged from unionized employee management to recruitment and graduate program oversight. Becky holds an MCIPD from BPP Professional Education and a degree in Business Administration from Aston University.
