Timothy Cooner

Timothy Cooner has gained valuable experience in the construction and engineering industry through their various roles. Timothy is currently employed as an Assistant Project Manager at Miller Valentine Construction since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Weston & Sampson as an Engineer III and Engineer II from 2021 to 2022, where they were responsible for designing wastewater and water infrastructure, as well as site development plans. From 2020 to 2021, they served as a Project Manager at Carolina Engineering Consultants, Inc., overseeing projects in residential, commercial, and industrial markets. Between 2017 and 2020, they worked as a Civil Designer at Thomas & Hutton, where they designed site development plans and coordinated with clients and regulatory agencies. Lastly, in 2016, they gained experience as a Survey Technician at Dangerfield Engineering, operating survey equipment and performing elevation surveys.

Timothy Cooner graduated from The Citadel in 2017 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Timothy has also obtained several additional certifications, including Procore Certified: Field Worker, Procore Certified: Superintendent, Procore Certified: Project Manager, Adult CPR/AED, Oracle Primavera Cloud - Schedule Management Training, OSHA 30 Hour Construction Certification, and OSHA 10 Hour Construction Certification.
