Brent McClain

Brent McClain has extensive work experience in the IT field. Brent began their career at Herman Miller in 2000, where they worked in various roles. These roles included IT Analyst - Technical Architect, Senior IT Analyst - ERP Applications, Ecommerce, Retail Sales Operations Manager, and Customer Care Account Management. In their roles at Herman Miller, they worked on order management/ERP applications, order to cash process for retail business, and supported and developed business systems for the retail and eCommerce sector. Brent McClain joined MillerKnoll in 2019 as an IT Manager.

Brent McClain completed their education at Davenport University. From 2002 to 2006, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Following this, from 2007 to 2009, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Strategic Business Management. In addition to their formal education, Brent McClain has also earned certifications including the CSM (Certified Scrum Master) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), both achieved through the Scrum Alliance.
