Chanele Davis, MS-HRM, has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Chanele began their career at Edible Arrangements as a Human Resources Administrator, where they were responsible for various HR functions. Chanele then worked at Dorel Sports as an HR and Benefits Administrator, contributing to the company's goal of becoming the leading bike portfolio company. Chanele then joined Design Within Reach, a subsidiary of MillerKnoll, as a Talent Acquisition Associate and later as a Talent Experience Coordinator. Chanele played a key role in attracting and retaining talented individuals in the company. Chanele also worked at Pret A Manger as a Recruitment Manager before their position was eliminated due to COVID-19. Currently, they serve as a Human Resources Business Partner at MillerKnoll, specializing in Corporate Functions. Their expertise in HR and talent management makes their a valuable asset to any organization.

Chanele Davis, MS-HRM has a Bachelor of Political Science degree from Quinnipiac University, where they were also an MBA candidate. Chanele then pursued a Master of Human Resource Management degree from Sacred Heart University, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
