Teresa de Torres

Teresa de Torres is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial law and procurement. Currently serving as Managing Counsel-Commercial and previously as Senior Counsel-Procurement at Millicom (Tigo) since November 2018, Teresa provides legal support for the global procurement department, specializing in the drafting and negotiation of multi-million dollar agreements with both domestic and international suppliers. Prior to Millicom, Teresa held the position of AVP-Associate General Counsel at Interval Leisure Group and spent nearly a decade at HBO Latin America as Senior Director of Business and Legal Affairs. Teresa's earlier career includes roles as Shareholder at Hutson & de Torres, P.A. and Arazoza, Comas, de Torres & Fernandez-Fraga, P.A., as well as an Associate position at Arazoza & Comas, P.A. Teresa holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami.
