Tim Pennington

Previously he was the Chief Financial Officer at Cable and Wireless Communications, Group Finance Director for Cable and Wireless plc and, prior to that, CFO of Hutchison Telecommunications International Ltd, listed in Hong Kong and New York.

Tim was also Finance Director of Hutchison 3G (UK), Hutchison Whampoa’s British mobile business.

He also has corporate finance experience, firstly as Director in the specialized Financing Department at Samuel Montagu & Co. Limited, and then as Managing Director of HSBC Investment Bank within its Corporate Finance and Advisory Department.

Tim is also a Member of the Board of Directors of Euromoney Institutional Investor plc.
