Clifford Lee

Clifford Lee has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Clifford is currently a Professor of Art + Design at Northeastern University, a role they started in July 2023. Prior to this, they held various positions at Mills College, including Program Director and Associate Professor. Clifford also served as a Scholar-in-Residence at YR Media (formerly Youth Radio) from April 2014 to August 2022. Clifford has also worked at Saint Mary's College of California as a Program Director and Associate Professor, and at UCLA as a Postdoctoral Research Scholar and Graduate Student Researcher. Additionally, they have held adjunct positions at USC, UCLA Writing Project, National Writing Project, University of Southern California, and Mount St. Mary's College. Overall, Clifford Lee's work experience spans across multiple academic institutions and covers roles in teaching, program directing, and research.

Clifford Lee completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science at UC San Diego from 1996 to 2000. Clifford then pursued a Master's degree in Education at Stanford University from 2000 to 2001. Later, they obtained a PhD in Urban Schooling from UCLA, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.
