Inés Barbosa is the Assistant Dean of Advising, Career & Global Learning at Mills College. Inés has also served as the Lead Bay Area Fellow for Coro Northern California and as a Senior Program Associate for First Graduate. Inés began their career as an Urban Youth Development Volunteer for the Peace Corps.

Inés is a dedicated leader with a passion for helping others reach their full potential. Inés has a wealth of experience in developing and leading programs that provide support and guidance to individuals seeking to effect change in their communities. Inés is committed to fostering a thriving democracy and tackling society’s biggest challenges together.

Ines Barbosa has a Master of Arts in Sociology from Stanford University with a focus on stratification and inequality. Inés also has a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with Honors in Latin American Studies from Stanford University. In addition, they have certification from Stanford University in Life Design Studio and GS Consultants in Strong Interest Inventory Certification.

Inés Barbosa reports to Chicora Martin, VP of Student Life & Dean of Students.
