Judy Silva

Judy Silva has extensive work experience in marketing and leadership roles. Judy is currently working as the Associate Vice President of Marketing at Mills College at Northeastern University, a position they started in 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at Mills College, where they played a crucial role in the growth of the enrollment through the creation of an integrated marketing function and a compelling marketing message. Judy also served as the Vice President of Marketing at Core Microsystems, where they developed brand positioning and promoted the certified multimedia software training business. Before that, they worked as the Vice President of Marketing at Heald Colleges, where they established the first centralized marketing department and achieved consistent enrollment growth. Judy's career also includes experience at Foote, Cone & Belding as the Vice President, Management Supervisor, and at QLM Associates, Inc. as a Senior Account Manager, where they gained expertise in strategic consumer promotions and implemented various marketing programs for diverse clients.

Judy Silva holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Notre Dame de Namur University.
