Nikole Hilgeman Adams has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of development and fundraising. Nikole began their career at the International Museum of Women in 2008 as a Development Coordinator, where they stayed until 2010. In 2010, they joined Mills College and held several roles, including Associate Director of Reunion Planning and Giving, Alumnae Relations and Annual Fund Director, Senior Director of the Annual Fund and Alumnae Relations, and Interim Associate Vice President. Most recently, they have been working at Mills College as an Associate Vice President since July 2020.
Nikole Hilgeman Adams pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Women's Studies at California State University, Chico, completing their education in 2002.
