Nicholas Tyler-Hicks

Nicholas Tyler-Hicks has a diverse work experience in the field of football analytics. Nicholas started their career as a Performance Analyst at Histon FC in 2011. Nicholas then joined Millwall Football Club in 2012 and held various roles including Academy Analyst, Head of Academy Performance Analysis, and First Team Recruitment Analyst. During their time at Millwall, Nicholas was responsible for statistical player profiling, managing player dossiers, and providing analysis support to different age groups. In 2020, they moved to Stoke City Football Club as a Recruitment Data Analyst. Currently, Nicholas is the Head of Recruitment Analytics at Millwall Football Club, a role they started in 2022.

Nicholas Tyler-Hicks completed their Master of Science (MSc) with Honours in Performance Analysis at Middlesex University from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science (BSc) with Honours in Sports Coaching and Physical Education at Anglia Ruskin University from 2010 to 2013. Nicholas completed their A-Levels at Tabor Science College from 2007 to 2009, and their GCSEs from 2002 to 2007, also at Tabor Science College.
