Lynn Broaddus

Lynn Broaddus has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Lynn is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Milton Industries, Inc. since June 2021. Prior to this, Lynn was the Vice President Finance for the Americas at AMMEGA from January 2019 to May 2021, where they had responsibilities for restructuring facilities, streamlining operations, and implementing uniform policies. From October 2016 to December 2018, they served as the Chief Financial Officer (North America) at Ammeraal Beltech, where they implemented go-to-market sales strategies and developed working capital improvement strategies. Lynn also held the position of Vice President Finance/Accounting at Reedy Industries, Inc from June 2008 to October 2016, where they completed several company mergers and acquisitions and drove working capital management improvements. Before that, they worked at Illinois Tool Works (ITW), ITW Paslode, Magnaflux (An ITW Company), and Premark International in various financial roles. Lynn began their career as a Senior Internal Auditor/Senior Cost Accountant at CF Industries.

Lynn Broaddus obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from DePaul University, where they studied from 1988 to 1991. Lynn subsequently pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance and International Business at Loyola University Chicago, completing their studies from 1998 to 2001. In addition, Lynn Broaddus is a Certified Public Accountant, having obtained their certification from the State of Illinois in May 1995.
