Kristi Liiva

Kristi Liiva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transformation and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of Transformation at Meliva Eesti, Kristi is involved in one of Estonia's largest private healthcare networks. As a Partner and Co-Founder of Miltton New Nordics, Kristi played a key role in merging their previously established communications consultancy with a leading public affairs firm. Kristi also contributes to various organizations, including serving on the Advisory Council of Eesti Rahvusringhääling and on the Supervisory Board of Praxis Think Tank. Additionally, Kristi is a co-founder of the Kiusamisvaba Kool foundation, promoting anti-bullying initiatives in Estonian schools. Kristi's educational background includes a Master's equivalent in Business Administration from Estonian Business School and an Applied BBA from the Estonian-Danish Business College.
